I got this letter from a friend and I don't know what to answer... Could you help me?

Dear Carmen,
I have had a boyfriend for five months now. Pablo is a very good-looking boy, very sensitive and very amusing and I love him a lot. We do everything together, and we have the most terrific time!
As you know I am in the volleyball team. They say I'm a very good player and I have possibilities to be a professional. That involves traning three times a week and a match on Saturdays too.I love volleyball, playing a sport makes me feel well.
Besides, I am in 4h ESO this year. Next year I'm planning to study Bachillerato and my teachers have told me that I must have good marks to be successful.
I try to do everything: go to classes, do the homework, study, train, meet Pablo... But I end the week completely exhausted... And apart from that, the other day Monica told me that I am distancing myself from her and that we should do more things together.
She is my best friend, and I want to keep her friendship, but I don't know what to do. What do you think? What can I do?
